Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby remains adamant that all transfers—no exceptions—must sit out one year…is there a right or wrong choice?

-We have seen immediate eligibility come in to play often lately; looking at Justin Fields and Tate Martell mostly from this recent year to leave their schools to go elsewhere. Many would agree with Bowlsby on this, but some think it’s time to be ‘progressive’ and let players leave their schools to go elsewhere and be eligible immediately. Is there any way that will ever be the case, and should it?

-Jake seems to be behind the times on a lot of these new issues (see: redshirt 4-game rule) and is kind of on Bowlsby’s side here, just to avoid free agency in college sports. What about Parker?
