Nebraska got a lot of egg on its face on Friday…how much does it damage the school’s reputation going forward?

-Stadium’s Brett McMurphy reported Friday morning that Nebraska was actively trying to get out of the Oklahoma game for this year, and replace it with a home game against a MAC team or Old Dominion

-The spin later in the day (after HOURS of nothing) was that Nebraska was trying to replace the game with a home game to try and make up revenue…but we all know what this was. And it was mocked nationally, as it absolutely should have been

-How will Scott Frost and Bill Moos recover from this? And how do you view this program’s leadership now going forward?

Sources everywhere are saying different things about the college football season, but here’s something we DO know: The MAC isn’t playing football in 2020

-The MAC announced over the weekend that they won’t play football in 2020, and a lot of different reports came out among sports reporters and their various ‘sources’ that the Big 10 and other Power 5 conferences are leaning toward not having a football season

-With Fall camps underway, critical decisions are being made everyday. Is there enough optimism to make the season happen? LOTS of players from Nebraska and all across the nation tweeted out #WeWantToPlay in an attempt to motivate the decision-makers to allow the season to go on
