Roger Goodell wants to keep the NFL Draft on the scheduled date, but NFL GMs aren’t thrilled about it because of lack of time for proper preparation with current circumstances

-ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Wednesday morning that NFL GMs don’t think they’ll be properly ready for the NFL Draft to be on the current days (April 23-25) because of so many unknowns: how will the teleconference system work in real-time, how do you properly get final evaluations on players and psychology tests, etc.

-Schefter suggested the NFL try and make it a week-long draft, with one round per day, instead of moving the event back. It’s going to be moving very fast via teleconference to pack 2 rounds in a day and 4 rounds the final day…he may have a point
