Nebraska offers an in-state QB for the first time in more than 15 years….how likely is it that he could be the future signal-caller here?

-It’s not often you have a QB come out of the high school ranks in Nebraska that gets called by the big boys—but Kearney Catholic’s Heinrich Haarberg did just that, as the Huskers officially offered him on Monday

-Haarberg (6’5”, 190 lbs), already had offers from Boston College, Buffalo, Central Michigan, and Harvard—and there was reportedly interest from Auburn, Oregon, Iowa and Utah for the 3-star

-Also—Big Ten officially says no activities can happen for sports until June 1
