Nebraska gets their 2022 QB commitment in Richard Torres…are we seeing a shift in philosophy of the future at that position in Lincoln?

-The first QBs that were recruited by Scott Frost and Mario Verduzco were pure dual-threat QBs with very strong running ability (Martinez, Vedral, Smothers)

-Add Heinrich Haarberg to the mix (6’5” but athletic) and Torres (6’6” and capable but not as athletic)…are we seeing a shift in mindset? If so, what is that mindset? Is a running QB as important now as it seemed to be earlier on?
