Jim Harbaugh wants more flexibility for college football players for the NFL Draft…is it time to change up some rules?

-Harbaugh wrote an open letter on Thursday that said he wants college players to be able to enter their name in the Draft whenever they’re ready to go—not having to wait the current 3 years before coming draft-eligible. He cites there are many “early bloomers” who are capable of competing in the NFL at a younger age rather than have to wait 3 years after high school

-Harbaugh also said (and was agreed to by BTN’s Gerry Dinardo) that players who leave early for the Draft but aren’t selected should be able to return to their school to play right away. Thoughts?
