Is there any chance Nebraska could finish this year like Minnesota did last year?

  • Minnesota was in the midst of P.J. Fleck’s 2nd season last year, and got hammered in Lincoln to fall to 3-4, and a few weeks later lost 55-31 to Illinois to fall to 4-5, before finding a way to blow out Purdue, rout Wisconsin, and then pummel Georgia Tech in the bowl game. Things started clicking at the end of the year
  • Is that possible for Scott Frost’s team this year? A bowl game is the lowest goal going forward. It must happen. There would also be a weird conversation going about ‘progress’ if Nebraska won their next 2 games to get to 6-3, but then lost the next 3 to go into bowl season at 6-6. So many storylines…
