Is South Stadium renovation possible if a season is played without fans, or is it too much money to commit to with the new athletics training complex in play?

-Husker Online wrote about the possibility yesterday, saying that if there are indeed no fans at games this Fall, it would seem like a logical time to revamp South Stadium—that is, if there wasn’t already a $155 million plan in place for the new training complex

-Would the money pour in for the renovation with so much already committed elsewhere, and also a team that’s not been performing well for a few years? And if you’re reducing capacity of the stadium (say, by 9,000 seats), what season-ticket holders do you displace from their seats, and how?
