If people want to blame talent and culture for Nebraska’s problems, how do you explain Rutgers’ sudden level of competence?

-Rutgers lost to Michigan, 48-42, in 3 OTs, but it’s the fact that they made it that far—and with a former Husker QB, at that—that shows that even the perennial lowly Scarlet Knights seem to be somehow ahead of Nebraska on the field. Don’t even try to use the talent excuse there—that program recruits horribly

-Noah Vedral isn’t perfect, but he is a confident passer—and appears far better than what Martinez and McCaffrey are capable of. How do we explain this all away? Everything comes back to bite Nebraska.
