Could playing meaningful college postseason games in cold weather locations even the playing field at all?

-Dirk Chatelain wrote yesterday that the NFL embraces cold weather games and doesn’t try to hide from them…snow and ice games have some of the best memories of all

-College football stays far away from cold weather when it comes to bowl games and playoff games…but teams that play in the cold (some ACC, most of B1G) have no advantage when it comes to big games….it may sound ridiculous, but is there any sort of credence to the conversation?
