A strong end to the 2018 season didn’t result in a great 2019 season…could a win today generate 2020 momentum, or is it ‘just a win’?

-Nebraska started the 2018 season 0-6, and went 4-2 in their last 6 games, with close losses at Iowa and Ohio State….and despite a 4-8 record, Nebraska was seen as a trendy pick to contend not only for the Big Ten West, but even the College Football Playoff. Craziness. Of course, none of that happened.

-If they were to win today, how do we approach the 2020 season after an overall disappointing year, but a promising finish in 2 games they absolutely had to win that they DID win? Does it gain anything at all? Will it help in the upcoming massive recruiting weeks?
