The Ticket Adds Two Hosts to Daily Lineup

93.7 The Ticket is excited to announce two new hosts joining our everyday lineup of local programming.

Derrick “DP” Pearson brings his unique brand of energy to our new midday show, “The DP and Stephens Show.” DP has spent stops during his career as a sportscaster, radio and television host, writer, manager and high school coach. That career has taken him nationwide, including Washington, DC, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Atlanta. In addition to his media and coaching ventures, he also helped establish Fat Guy Charities in Charlotte, an NFL Charity, and developed LovePrints, a national mentor program that promotes Loving and Learning through Sports. DP joins Tom Stephens beginning Friday, December 27th from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Joining “The Drive” in the afternoons is Ryan Tabb. Ryan is a recent graduate of Syracuse University’s famed Newhouse School of Public Communications. While there, he hosted multiple shows, podcasts, and served as the sports director for WERW Radio. Most recently, Ryan has been living and working in Los Angeles, CA. He has a passion for sports and is eager to immerse himself in a fanbase that can match that fervor. “The Drive with Connor Happer and Ryan Tabb” will premiere on Thursday, January 2nd from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

You can hear both DP and Ryan on-air at 93.7 FM, online at, or with our Apple and Android mobile apps.
