Basic Skills Required:
-Ability to coordinate with on-air talent, technical staff, and external guests.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
-A genuine passion for radio broadcasting and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
-Willingness to learn sound board and streaming operations.
-Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
