Nebraska’s D-Line-how much of a test will this week be?

Nebraska vs Stanford tonight- How big is this matchup

Mike Leach delivers more gold as he describes the toughest Pac-12 mascots

-Sit back and enjoy the ride as Leach gave his thoughts on what mascots of each team in the Pac-12 would win in a battle of all the mascots. Can you imagine if Scott Frost was as odd and ‘out there’ as Leach?

-Also, reminder again: NEBRASKA / STANFORD TONIGHT. Big, big volleyball match.

-If Nebraska contains Reggie Corbin this weekend, does that indicate the run defense is for real?

-How concerned should Nebraska be about depth behind Cam Taylor-Britt and Brendan Jaimes if they can’t play?

-Who should be kicking on Saturday for Nebraska? Will it matter?

Are you at all worried about Nebraska players looking ahead to Ohio State and taking Illinois too lightly?

-It’s the storyline that’s always hard to understand, but it happens for some reason: despite the fact that teams play 12 (guaranteed) games a year, sometimes they overlook an opponent in preparation for a ‘bigger’ game, and come out flat and lose. Nebraska may have been guilty for that against South Alabama (somehow) in Week 1, but came away with a win. Now that we know that Ohio State is a primetime game next week, is there any fear of the Huskers coming out flat?

-Here’s one simple reason why that shouldn’t happen, which has been emphasized a lot this week: NEBRASKA HAS LOST 8 STRAIGHT ROAD GAMES. They can’t afford to overlook Illinois, at all

There is some BIG TIME volleyball tonight in Lincoln: No.1 Nebraska vs. No. 2 Stanford

-Nebraska is on top of a regular season volleyball poll for the first time since 2016 (kind of hard to believe), and hosts perennial volleyball power Stanford at the Devaney Center…and per the Journal Star’s Brent Wagner, this is only the second time ever that there’s been a No. 1 vs. No. 2 regular season matchup in Lincoln (Stanford/Nebraska in 1995 at the Coliseum). WHOA!

-Nebraska’s rush defense has been fantastic so far…what’s a good goal when it comes to stopping Reggie Corbin, though?

-Do you think College Gameday is coming to Lincoln next week? How big is that game being on ABC for perception and recruiting?

-How do you see Saturday’s game in Champaign going for Nebraska?
