Jake doesn’t get triggered much, but he saw something on yesterday that really pissed him off

-Jake was scrolling through the site’s MAIN PAGE yesterday afternoon, and saw an article about a 15-year-old, “Benjyfishy,” who hopes to win millions in the Fortnite World Cup. LOTS OF LAYERS OF TRIGGEREDNESS TO GET TO HERE

Bill Bender (The Sporting News) / Shut Up Sipple

-Someone at ESPN just picked Nebraska to be his darkhorse College Football Playoff pick….does Bill have Nebraska anywhere near that type of conversation for the upcoming year?

-Nebraska is also picked by as the favorites to win the West…who should be the favorite?

-What has Bill learned from the Media Days he’s covered so far? And should the Big Ten realign divisions at all?

Put the Kool-Aid down for just a second: What is the FLOOR for Nebraska football in 2019?

-Is there any way Nebraska could miss a bowl game for a 3rd straight year? Seems very unlikely with the schedule in favor of the Huskers—-toughest games at home, and not a very daunting road schedule. However, if Nebraska were to lose the 2nd game at Colorado, things could get weird

-Is there ANY SCENARIO that Nebraska doesn’t find a way to 6 wins? We hate to predict injuries and won’t do so—but what would it take for Nebraska to hit the floor? We promise we’ll be all optimism going forward after this topic today…don’t throw anything at us!

Could Pac-12 ‘After Dark’ soon become Pac-12…..’Early Morning’?

-Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott mentioned at their Media Days that many coaches are frustrated that the league doesn’t get primetime games all the time and that they start so late compared to the rest of college football….and he mentioned that they’ve looked at possibly doing 9am P.T. games to get in the noon ET time slot

-Can you imagine playing football at 9am? What would that look like in the Midwest or East Coast? Do you want to see that? Sounds horrible, honestly.

Maurice Washington’s next court date is scheduled after Nebraska’s season-opener…how should Scott Frost handle this for playing time?

-Washington’s next hearing is a preliminary examination setting on Sept. 3rd, which is after Nebraska’s home opener on August 31st.

-Frost said at Media Days that Washington would be a part of Fall Camp, but wasn’t sure about the season beyond that yet. Washington faces 2 charges in California—one a felony—for possession of a video of a person under age 18 engaging in or simulating sexual conduct

-Would it be a huge distraction to the team if he were to play in the season-opener? Or a bigger distraction if he didn’t play?
