Final updated schedule of events today at B1G Media Days

-Scott Frost kicks things off at the press conferences at noon, and then he’ll speak again at a side podium from 2-3pm, and players will speak at the podium in similar timeframe; Jim Delany speaks at 11:15am

-We’ll have coaches/broadcasters/players walking into our radio row set-up all day, so listen to all of our shows today for more info on that

247 Sports lists Wan’Dale Robinson as one of 5 freshmen nationally to watch this year…what will/should he accomplish this year?

-Is there a certain amount of catches he should expect to get? Will he get any rush attempts at all? A player in the punt/kick return game? How do you size up what he should do this year?

Is it fair to say that anything worse than 8-4 is a “disappointing season” for Nebraska in 2019 or is that unfair following two straight 4-8 seasons?

-Going back to our opening topic, Nebraska is indeed right now the ‘favorite’ to win the B1G West in 2019, even though they went 4-8 last year….how could we view doubling the win total of last year as a disappointment?

-Some might view it as that with Martinez at QB and a 7-5 record with your toughest conference games at home…but it still feels strange

Jake’s sad he can’t watch the British Open but it’s still his favorite golf tournament

-The British Open started early this morning—yep, earlier than we are even up doing this show—and Jake can’t watch it because of coverage of B1G Media Days, but he’ll tell you why it’s his favorite golf tournament, even ahead of the Masters

Will we ever see a run of dominance in the Big Ten like we saw with Urban Meyer?

-And if so, could Frost be the one to achieve it as what Tim Brando described as a ‘transformational coach’?

-It’s hard to ever have that kind of success anywhere. Meyer was 83-9 at Ohio State, and 54-4 in B1G conference games. Absolutely unheard of. If Nebraska had a stretch like that again, we’d be losing our minds. But can Harbaugh ever get over the hump and be that kind of elite, dominant coach?
