Illinois’ defense has been baaaaaaaaaad this year…but does any part of you worry about them now that Lovie Smith is calling the shots?

-Hardy Nickerson as gone after giving up 63 points to Maryland, and last week, Illinois’ defense was really good with the Tampa 2 scheme that Lovie called, and held Minnesota in check all game

-It’s still not a talented team, but coaches yesterday mentioned that they don’t know what to expect completely from the Illini…can their defense possibly mess with the brilliant offensive minds of Frost and company?
