Well, well, well…Nebrasketball IS ranked in the Coaches Poll at 25th…does part of you wish they weren’t ranked at all to avoid getting a big head? / Shut up Sipple

-Here comes Jake being all dramatic again….but he doesn’t apologize for it. There’s something about feeling disrespected if not ranked in the preseason that makes you think that they might play hard to show people wrong…but now that they’re ranked, do they get cocky and not work as hard?

Nebraska needs to give no mercy tomorrow if they are up big, and here’s why

-We’ve seen FCS teams in the past like South Dakota State and McNeese State come into Lincoln and push Nebraska, before the Huskers ultimately won. If that happens again, Nebraska has taken a step backwards after a big first win against Minnesota

-Nebraska will likely pull starters with a big lead, but they should still step on the throat of Bethune-Cookman if they are up to instill a culture of dominance. Not just winning—but winning big. Like the glory day Huskers did. Scott Frost’s UCF team dominated lots of teams last year, and they played tough teams close and obviously won every game.
