Was last year the ceiling for James Palmer, Jr. or does he have room to improve?

-Palmer averaged 17+ ppg in 2017, and will certainly will draw more attention this year from opposing coaches, as he was announced yesterday as a preseason candidate for the Jerry West Award (nation’s best shooting guard)

-Is he going to need to score that much or will the team rely more on its other stars? Can Palmer accept that if it’s the case?

-What kind of personnel changes do you expect to see on the defense?

-How would you grade the coaching so far this year? Not the players/personnel, but coaching…

-Are you surprised to see an 0-6 team be a favorite this weekend against Minnesota?

Does Nebrasketball have more pressure to perform well this year simply because the football team continues to struggle?

-There were going to be high expectations this year for Nebrasketball regardless, but many would have been quick to forgive Tim Miles and co. if they struggled because they would be ecstatic with the direction of the football program and wanting more and more news about that

-Now, Nebrasketball has high projections from outlets like, The Sporting News, and more to come…and also an entire state that wants to feel like something positive was gained on the court/field in 2018 after a rougher-than-expected football season. Do they feel that pressure? Also, it feels like any early loss will start fans down the path of, “oh boy, here we go again…”

Ohio State stud DE Nick Bosa elects to withdraw from school to prepare for NFL Draft…good business decision or selfish?

-Bosa as hurt earlier in the season and was thought to be able to come back within the next few weeks, but he officially announced Tuesday that he is leaving school to rehab fully in preparation for the NFL Draft, where he is likely to be one of the first names called. Is he being selfish or smart?
