March 12th: Final thoughts on the NCAA Tournament field and favorites to win

-Virginia gets the #1 seed….do you like their road to the Final Four? And how about Omaha? Duke, Michigan State and Kansas all could be there….whoa…

March 12th: Was the B1G really that much worse than the ACC, SEC and Big 12 this year? / Shut Up Sipple

-The ACC gets 9 teams in, the SEC got 8, and the Big 12 got 7 teams in—only 4 for the B1G

-Also, USC finishes 2nd in the Pac-12 and Arizona State finishes 9th—yet the Sun Devils make it in, and the Trojans don’t

March 12th: Was Bruce Rasmussen feeding us a bunch of crap throughout the whole selection process?

-We heard through many interviews and articles how the Committee was going to select the field, and Rasmussen even told one radio station that ‘his wife could pick the tournament better than bracketologists’—yet here we are with Joe Lunardi and Stewart Mandel both only missing one of the teams in the field (Syracuse)

-Were we led astray the whole time? That maybe the bracketologists would be wrong and that the Committee had a different selection process than presumed?

March 12th: Assessing the B1G’s chances in the NCAA Tournament

-Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, and Purdue all made the NCAA Tournament from the B1G—feels like it’s hard to buy into Purdue and Ohio State, and Sorensen thinks the Buckeyes will be a first round exit against South Dakota State. Can the B1G do better than expected, though?

March 12th: Will Nebrasketball perform well in the NIT to prove doubters wrong, or sulk and disappoint out of frustration?

-Again, they can’t be terribly shocked to be in the NIT, but they CAN be shocked to not have at least 1 home game in the tourney. They already beat Mississippi State in an exhibition this year, will they rise up again?

-What will the reaction be if Nebraska goes one-and-done?
