December 4th: Nebrasketball stinks it up in 86-57 loss at Michigan State

-Not a great start for the gauntlet of death, as Nebraska faces Minnesota tomorrow, and then Creighton on Saturday, and Kansas next Saturday

-Michigan State is a very good team, but Huskers did nothing in the paint and had tons of shots blocked and were never truly competitive…can they bounce back at home tomorrow?

-Also: Gus Malzahn STAYING at Auburn

December 4th: Are you OK with Frost coaching UCF’s bowl game? Will it give good exposure to Nebraska? / Shut Up Sipple

-It does come during a recruiting dead period…and Bill Moos says he gives Scott Frost all the support he needs…will he have enough time to help UCF before the game, though? Going to be very busy getting things going at Nebraska with recruiting and such

December 4th: What will patience be like in the Scott Frost era? Can you label a year that he needs to have a conference championship by?

-Nebraska got one of the best—if not THE best—coach of this year’s cycle, and seemed to instantly regain national relevancy simply by one hire..but with that being said, what is a fair expectation for where this program needs to be at in a few years? Sorensen put a Twitter poll out and most people believed that Nebraska should be winning a B1G title by year 3 or 4 of Frost…fair or no?

-Is there reason to be concerned with his defense? Seems like there is no way to be critical right now in this huge national win for Nebraska, but it will be a question going forward. But boy is he off to a good start in recruiting and targets….

December 4th: Alabama gets into the College Football Playoff without being a conference champion

-Clemson, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Alabama were announced as the teams in the playoff, leaving Ohio State and Wisconsin out at the 5th and 6th spots…2 SEC spots and none for the B1G…deserved?

December 4th: What will Frost’s staff look like? Let’s take a look…

-The Journal Star and other other outlets report that it will look like: Erik Chinander (DC); former Huskers Ryan Held (RBs) and Greg Austin (OL); Mario Verduzco (QBs); and Mike Dawson (DL)

-Barrett Ruud is also expected be with the LBs…and Matt Davison will be associate AD for football…like the influx of Huskers
